Holiday Allowance. Because adventures aren’t free, unfortunately Anyone who works is entitled to a holiday, and so you’ll also receive a holiday allowance with Conscious. For the colleagues with a fixed hours contract, that 8% surplus is calculated on your gross annual salary, and you will be paid your holiday allowance in May every year. Fixed contract workers can also choose between a monthly or annual payment plan.

You can find the accrual in your monthly pay slip. You will automatically accrue pension from the age of 18 until 67. Some changes in your life will affect your pension, things like new employment, end of employment, and other life events such as a new partner or ending a relationship.
