💰 Money. Of course! We agree on your salary together in advance, so we’re aligned from the start. All roles are classified according to the Dutch hospitality collective labor agreement (CAO). Clear and transparent.
🌴 Holiday Allowance. Because adventures aren’t free, unfortunately You receive 8% holiday allowance. Do you work flexibly? Then it’s paid out monthly. If you have a fixed-hours contract, it’s calculated based on your gross annual salary and paid out once a year in May. Prefer monthly payments? That’s possible too!
🧓 Pension. So you can relax later Through the Hospitality & Catering Pension Fund, you build up pension for every hour you work. You’ll see this on your payslip. Pension accrual happens automatically from age 18 to 67. You can read more about your pension here.
