What you can expect from this role:
Be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and chat
Process reservations and payments efficiently and accurately
Handle special requests and extras for our guests
Manage guest questions and complaints professionally
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best guest experience across all nine hotels
Apply your knowledge and experience to ensure guests have the best possible stay
