At Conscious Group, our guests’ experience starts with our enthusiastic Reservations Agents. They are the first point of contact, answer questions, help book the perfect room, and gladly take care of any extra requests. With knowledge of all nine hotels, they ensure every guest feels welcome.

Conscious Group consists of nine hotels—four Hotel V and five Conscious Hotels locations—and two restaurants. Here, hospitality, design, and sustainability come together. What you can expect from this role:

• Be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and chat

• Process reservations and payments efficiently and accurately

• Handle special requests and extras for our guests

• Manage guest questions and complaints professionally

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver the best guest experience across all nine hotels

• Apply your knowledge and experience to ensure guests have the best possible stay

About you!

• Hospitality is in your DNA: you easily connect with guests and colleagues;

• Experience with group reservations is a plus;

• You are proactive, stress-resistant, and actively seek challenges;

• You think commercially and identify opportunities for an optimal guest experience;

• You are sociable and enjoy working in a team;

• You have an affinity for organic and sustainable trends;

• You speak and write fluent English and Dutch and possess strong communication skills;

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and MEWS is an advantage;

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
