Graphic Design Intern

And right now, we are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our creative team! Step into the world of campaign development and content design for a diverse portfolio of brands—each with its own unique identity and audience. From hotels to restaurants, you’ll work across a wide range of inspiring hospitality concepts. Top-level variety, if you ask us 😉

We are looking for a digital creative with a sharp eye for design, a curious mindset, and the drive to inspire through both online and offline visuals. As a Graphic Design Intern at Conscious Group, you definitely won’t be bored. Together with our in-house designer, you will help shape and develop strong visual work for all our hotels and F&B locations.

What you will do:

• Work on a wide variety of multidisciplinary projects, including commercial campaigns, digital assets, print materials for our hotels, and supporting content for our commercial teams;

• Create standout campaigns together with the marketing team;

• Manage multiple creative projects at the same time;

• Build strong and meaningful work for your future portfolio;

• Ensure consistent and correct application of brand identity across all communications.

About you:

• You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, starting in June (but July, August or September is also possible);

• A student (University of Applied Sciences);

• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign — let’s just say you know your way around them very well 😉

• An enthusiastic, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently;

• A keen eye for layout, composition, design, and detail;

• Comfort in managing deadlines and switching between multiple projects;

• Curiosity and confidence to ask questions whenever needed;

• A relaxed attitude and sense of humor — we don’t take ourselves too seriously either 😉

• You speak English fluently, and if you also speak Dutch, that’s definitely a nice bonus!

• Based in the Netherlands, preferably in or around Amsterdam.

• Generous internship allowance: €800–950 per month (based on full-time and depending on the duration of your internship);
