About the roll

As a Shiftleader, you are the core of our service. You will open or close The Lobby, inspire and lead your colleagues through the breakfast, lunch or dinner service. This hands-on role is essential for constantly improving service and quality. Realizing a top experience from your guests is key. Of course, for this, a far above average passion for product and hospitality is a must.

At this vibrant location in the heart of the city, the Amsterdam residents meet our international guests all week for inspiring gatherings. Our team realizes this eclectic mix of daily gastronomic highlights.

The Lobby stands for good food, great drinks and a pure and genuine atmosphere. This is where the best city vibes come together at the bar, at the table, on your plate and in your glass.

About You

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• You are a team player who manages the restaurant team and supervises where necessary;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language;
• Hospitality is key for you;
• You are responsible and representative;

• In addition to a great team, we offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale IV;

• A monthly benefits budget with a total value of 300 euros per year (based on a full-time contract), which you can spend on your choice for gym membership, bike rental, food delivery at home and many more; the choice is all yours!
