Money
You will receive a market-based salary plus a Monthly Benefit Budget. 18-year-olds are paid like 21-year-olds and you have the option of having your holiday pay paid out monthly!
Boss
At Riot Restobar, there is little to no hierarchy. So your boss will help you get the best out of yourself and have a beer with you after your shift ;)
