IT Internship

Please note before applying: you must be enrolled in a Dutch school and live in The Netherlands when applying for this internship!

As an ICT / IT intern at Conscious Hotels & Hotel V, you’ll be part of a modern hotel environment where technology and sustainability go hand in hand. You’ll work on everything that keeps our hotels running smoothly digitally: supporting colleagues on-site, contributing to innovative hospitality solutions like our self check-in systems, and tackling a wide range of tech issues. No day is the same — one day you’ll help a receptionist with a PMS or POS issue, the next you’ll roll out new hardware or join a project to make our systems faster, safer, or greener.

You’ll have the freedom to independently tackle technical challenges, suggest improvements, and experiment with new tools or solutions. You’ll help optimize our networks and support security-related tasks such as updates, documentation, and access management. You’ll also actively contribute ideas for technological opportunities that align with our sustainable, future-proof vision — whether that involves smarter automation, improving the digital guest journey, or testing new tech on-site.

In short: you’ll work at the heart of the operation, get hands-on experience with modern hotel technology, and directly contribute to enhancing the digital experience for both guests and colleagues.

In addition, you’ll support the team by:

• Being the first point of contact for IT within the Conscious Group (9 hotels);

• Assisting with the daily IT operations (printers, workstations, phones, etc.);

• Preparing equipment for employees (laptops and accessories);

• Managing the IT helpdesk — handling 1st and 2nd line support requests;

• Providing support services to staff across all Conscious Hotels and Hotel V departments.

About you!

• You are an HBO student studying in the field of IT / ICT;

• You can start in February 2026 — and if you want to start earlier, that’s definitely possible!

• You’re interested in all IT aspects within a company;

• You’re looking for a practical or graduation internship of at least 5–6 months;

• You’re enthusiastic, independent, and proactive;

• You have strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);

• You preferably live in or near Amsterdam;

• Knowledge of Google Workspace is appreciated;

• Knowledge of hardware (printers, laptops, payment terminals);

• And of course, you enjoy a bit of fun — which is definitely important! 😄
