Maintenance Employee

In a hotel that never stands still, something is always happening—from a light going out to a kitchen machine breaking down. That’s why we are looking for a professional colleague for our Maintenance team: someone who keeps everything running smoothly and prevents rooms from being unnecessarily out of order. You respond quickly to malfunctions, even on weekends, and enjoy the variety of work, from simple carpentry to more complex technical challenges.

In this role, you fix malfunctions, perform maintenance, and repair facilities across two hotels. You carry out regular inspections, such as legionella checks, room audits, visual inspections, and monitor the GBS system. Malfunctions that cannot be resolved in-house are escalated to external partners.

You have the typical hospitality mindset: friendly, service-oriented, and always willing to think along. You are outgoing enough to easily connect with others and share your opinion without losing sight of the team spirit. You care about sustainability but remain practical and down-to-earth. Flexibility is part of who you are—not because you do yoga, but because you understand that every day can be different.

About you!

• You have some work experience as a Maintenance Employee/Technical Services employee, at least 1–2 years;

• Experience with electrical work is a plus;

• You are passionate about sustainability and want to work for a sustainable company;

• You are available full-time and have the flexibility required of a Technical Services team member;

• You speak at least Dutch and English.
