Reservations Agent

And right now, Conscious Group is looking for a Reservations Agent.

Through the Reservations Department, the journey of our guests already starts; they get to know our hotel for the first time (personally) through our enthusiastic Agents, making them feel welcome and knowing they are at the right place. Our Agents are not only pleasant to communicate with but also have a lot of knowledge and organizational skills! They take care of the guests at all five Conscious Hotels and at all four Hotel V hotels; they answer their questions, help make the best hotel reservations and are happy to arrange any extra requests.

What you will do:

As Reservations Agent, you are part of the daily operations of the Reservations department. As a team, you make sure that we offer every guest the best experience at Conscious Group. You'll do this by...

• …answering the phone, emailing and chatting and being the first point of contact for guests who want to book a room at one of the nine hotels;

• ...daily checking the new reservations received, processing payments and arranging special requests in no time;

• ...deal with complaints - unfortunately, they do happen, but you will know exactly how to deal with them.

About you:

• Hospitality is in your DNA: you are able to connect;

• Experience with groups is a pre;

• You are proactive, stress-resistant and love to challenge yourself;

• You have commercial thinking;

• You are social;

• You have an affinity with organic and sustainable trends;

• You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch and you have strong communication skills;

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and MEWS is a pre;

• You have a minimum of one year of experience in this role.
