Night Receptionist

Night owl, evening person—call it what you want, but you feel right at home after dark! As a Night Receptionist, you’re the go-to contact for our guests throughout the night. You’re the superhero who welcomes late arrivals, supports them with check-ins and check-outs, and lovingly prepares a warm coffee or tea for anyone still awake. A 5:00 a.m. wake-up call, help with luggage, or just a friendly word—you handle it all with ease!

The night has its own rhythm, and that’s exactly what gives you energy. You work independently and stay calm and alert, even when something unexpected happens. As a true troubleshooter, you tackle whatever comes your way—from spontaneous questions at the desk to that one task that just can’t wait until morning. Night audits, safety rounds, and checking the fire alarm panel make your shift the perfect mix of service and responsibility.

About you!

• You’re looking for a fun part-time job for 2 nights per week;

• You’re a true night owl—the night is when you really come alive;

• You thrive in a hospitality role and love making guests happy with your warm welcome (and great coffee or tea);

• You enjoy working independently and always stay calm, alert, and solution-oriented;

• Troubleshooter? Absolutely. You spot what needs to be done and take action right away;

• You’re flexible during night shifts, including weekends and holidays;

• You speak fluent English so every guest feels welcome—Dutch is a nice bonus;

• Ideally, you live in or near Amsterdam.
