Maintenance Agent

From connecting electrical wires, and installing TVs to small construction jobs: at Hotel V we're on the lookout for an all-around handyman aka a maintenance agent.

What does the role entail?

For Hotel V we are looking for a maintenance agent with experience in construction and electrics;.

• Performing periodic maintenance activities;
  
• Performing installation work;
  
• Managing the work stock and equipment;
  
• Co-coordinating and controlling activities of external firms for repairs, maintenance and renovations;

Job requirements and personal qualities

• Preferably fluent in Dutch and English;
  
• Technical background and/or education (MBO level 3-4 / Electrical Engineering);
  
• Good working knowledge of general maintenance and technical work;
  
• Team player and stress resistant;
  
• Pro-active attitude;
  
• Guest-oriented;
