Hotel V is looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the F&B concepts within our the Lobby locations, including the coffee bar concepts and breakfast restaurants of Conscious Hotels. This is a senior leadership role for someone with a deep love for F&B, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to grow successful operations while empowering others.
Your role:
As Head of F&B, you are responsible for the overall performance, quality, and development of our the Lobby F&B concepts across multiple locations. You operate at both strategic and operational level and act as a consultant and sparring partner for hotel managers, supporting them in optimizing breakfast restaurants and coffee bars within Conscious Hotels. In addition, you are the key link between internal teams and hotel management. You advise the Hotel Managers on our external F&B partners, operating restaurants within the same buildings as our hotels. You are not afraid to be the face of the brand—internally and externally.
About the position:
Lead, develop, and connect multiple F&B teams across different hotel locations;
Oversee and further develop the Lobby F&B concepts, coffee bars, and breakfast restaurants of Conscious Hotels;
Act as a consultant and advisor for hotel managers on performance, quality, staffing, and commercial opportunities within breakfast restaurants and coffee bars;
Drive commercial performance, results, and cost efficiency;
Ensure consistently high quality in food, drinks, service, and guest experience;
Translate strategy into daily operations and measurable results;
Act as the key contact person for external F&B partners operating restaurants within our hotel buildings;
Build and manage strong relationships with the Management Team, hotel managers, and suppliers;
Negotiate and manage supplier and partner agreements;
Create a positive, motivating working environment with a strong focus on work pleasure;
Represent and strengthen the F&B brand of Hotel V and Conscious Hotels.
