Head of Revenue Management

    • The Conscious Group Office

Own total revenue strategy across all Conscious Group properties. Drive commercial growth, profitability, and future expansion.

Job description

About Conscious Group
At Conscious Group, we operate two distinct hotel brands – Conscious Hotels and Hotel V – united by a shared ambition to create meaningful hospitality experiences rooted in design, sustainability, and local flair. With seven hotels currently open, two more launching soon, and a tenth on the horizon, we are entering a period of accelerated growth and professionalisation.
Our brands are anything but conventional: we believe in smart business, beautiful spaces, and impact without compromise. We’re looking for a revenue leader who wants to shape our next chapter – someone commercially sharp, strategically thoughtful, and operationally hands-on.

The Role
As Head of Revenue Management, you will own the total revenue strategy across all properties within the Conscious Group. You will develop, implement, and evolve a group-wide commercial strategy that aligns with our brand positioning, drives profitability, and scales with our ambitious expansion plans.
You will work closely with the leadership team, operations, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure that our revenue decisions are data-informed, future-proof, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead the overall revenue management strategy across both brands and all properties (seven live, two in development).

  • Build scalable pricing frameworks that support both new hotel openings and the optimisation of existing assets.

  • Balance revenue growth with brand integrity and customer experience goals.

  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, ancillary, packages).

Distribution & Systems

  • Oversee rate architecture, channel mix, OTA strategy, and direct conversion optimisation.

  • Lead the setup and ongoing configuration of RMS, PMS, and related tech tools, driving automation where possible.

  • Manage relationships with distribution partners and third-party platforms (OTAs, metasearch, wholesalers).

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a growing revenue team (currently partly outsourced, with reservation and pricing specialists).

  • Guide hotel managers, front office, and reservations teams on pricing decisions, up- and cross-selling, and conversion optimisation.

  • Foster a culture of data literacy and commercial accountability across the organisation.

  • Liaise with the marketing and sales teams to deliver campaigns and promotions that drive profitable demand.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs for RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Channel Contribution, and GOP flow-through.

  • Produce monthly performance reports and business reviews for internal stakeholders and investors.

  • Support investment and development cases with market benchmarking and pro-forma modelling.

Job Requirements and Personal Qualities

  • A commercial leader with 5–10+ years of experience in revenue management within hotels or serviced accommodation.

  • Proven experience in scaling revenue systems and processes in a multi-property or fast-growth environment.

  • Fluent in RMS, PMS, channel manager, and analytics tools (bonus if familiar with Mews, Lighthouse, Flyr, or similar).

  • A strategic thinker with hands-on operational understanding – you love the numbers and the nuance.

  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to lead, influence, and align stakeholders across disciplines.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, but not required).
