About the job:
For Stadscafe we are looking for a Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to the recipe. You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of Stadscafe. Also, complying with and working according to HACCP is of great importance.
About you:
You completed culinary school;
You enjoy working in a team;
You're fluent in English;
You are very creative and can find solutions to dietary wishes and allergies;
You have knowledge of HACCP;
