The Project Department of Conscious Group is looking for a creative, thorough and hands-on intern for Styling. Conscious' project department is responsible for the styling of new hotels and maintaining the quality of our current hotels. As an intern you will be joining the team in a variety of styling projects and you will play an important part in making sure the guests feel relaxed and inspired in our hotels.

Are you passionate about interior design and eager to make a real impact? As our Styling Intern, you’ll dive into the vibrant world of hotel styling and help create spaces that inspire and captivate. This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and be at the heart of our creative team!

What you'll be doing:

• Team support: jump in and assist with all things styling to keep our hotels looking top-notch;

• Inspiring spaces: help ensure our hotels and restaurants dazzle guests and meet our high standards;

• Seasonal flair: collaborate on exciting seasonal styling projects across various locations;

• Event magic: craft and execute stunning styling proposals for events, making every detail perfect;

• Project Management: assist with new styling projects from concept to execution, ensuring every step is seamless;

• Coordination & communication: work closely with your team and other departments to bring styling projects to life. Communicate efficiently with partners and team members;

• Progress & problem-solving: prepare reports, track progress, and tackle any issues with creative solutions;

• Concept development: collaborate with the team to develop well-rounded styling proposals that align with style, requirements, and budget;

• Guidelines development: help shape our styling guidelines and manuals, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.

Who are you?

• Experience & education: you have a background in styling or relevant education and are ready to take on responsibilities;

• Duration: you are looking for an internship that starts between June and September, preferably for a minimum of five months;

• Team spirit: a collaborative mindset and hands-on approach are essential. You’ll work with a dynamic team to make things happen;

• Creativity & passion: you live and breathe interior design, bringing fresh ideas and a keen eye for detail;

• Flexibility: able to adapt and travel between locations as needed;

• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English, with strong writing skills;

• Location: ideally based in or near Amsterdam;

• Fun attitude: A sense of fun and enthusiasm is a must!

Bonus points:

• Tech savvy: skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator;

• Driver’s license: a driver’s license is a plus!
