As Restaurant Manager, you are the one who ensures that everything in the restaurant runs seamlessly: from a well-organized operation to a team that works perfectly together. You lead and motivate the team, provide on-the-job coaching, and create a positive atmosphere. You are also highly visible on the floor, maintain oversight, step in where needed, and make sure both guests and colleagues feel welcome.
Sustainability, quality, and hospitality are at the core of the way you work. You work with local, organic, and responsibly sourced ingredients and encourage sustainable choices. You keep track of the budget, contribute to financial planning, and collaborate with the kitchen team on innovative, sustainable menus. In addition, you ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are fully complied with.
