In a hotel that never stands still, something is always happening — from a light bulb going out to a kitchen machine breaking down. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled colleague for our Technical Department: someone who makes sure everything keeps running smoothly and rooms don’t end up out of order unnecessarily. You respond quickly to issues and enjoy the variety between simple carpentry work and more complex technical challenges.
In this role, you’ll handle maintenance tasks, resolve technical issues, and carry out repairs across the hotel. You’ll perform regular inspections such as legionella checks, room inspections, and visual controls, and monitor the building management system (BMS). Any issues you can’t fix yourself, you’ll escalate to external partners.
You bring that typical hospitality mindset: friendly, service-oriented, and always willing to think along. You’re outgoing enough to easily connect with others and share your input, while still keeping a strong sense of team spirit. You care about sustainability, but remain practical and down-to-earth in your approach.
