HR Intern

And right now, the HR department is looking for an HR intern starting in June (or July/August/September)!

Are you interested in everything related to HR and eager to experience how things work within a dynamic hotel environment? Do you enjoy working with people, are you well-organized, and quick to spot opportunities for process improvements? Then we are looking for you!

As a People & Development Intern, you will be fully involved in the HR team and support a wide range of activities across our nine hotels. You will work closely with the P&D team and gain hands-on experience in various HR areas, from recruitment to internal communication and from onboarding to strategic projects. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn how HR contributes to both employee development and overall business growth.

What you will do:

• Support the P&D team in developing strategic HR projects across the nine hotels, such as employer branding and training & development;

• Screen candidates, schedule and attend interviews to gain recruitment experience;

• Manage and keep administration and management information up to date;

• Welcoming a new colleague? You’ve got everything prepared! From uniforms and keys to all necessary documents—our new colleague is ready to go;

• Take responsibility for internal communication via SpeakAp, our internal communication platform;

• Proactively think about improvements—do you see opportunities or have great ideas? You’ll have the freedom to take initiative and make an impact.

Job requirements and personal qualities:

• You are studying in the direction of HR, hotel school, tourism, business administration or similar (HBO or university);

• You are looking for an internship of at least 5 months, starting from June/July/August or September 2026;

• You speak and write fluently and faultlessly in Dutch and English;

• You are a real people-person, and like to work with people;

• Flexible (but not necessarily in an acrobatic way);

• You are proactive, stress resistant and like to challenge yourself;

• You like to have fun, not unimportant either!

• Preferably you live in or near Amsterdam;

• Generous internship allowance: €800–950 per month (based on full-time and depending on the duration of your internship);
