Conscious Hotels is seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Manager who will take charge of the daily operations of two of our hotels (The Tire Station & Vondelpark) and ensure that guests enjoy an unforgettable experience time and time again. In this role, you are ultimately responsible for the front office, breakfast restaurant, coffee bars, meeting room, housekeeping, and technical services. No matter which team it is, you lead them with vision and decisiveness.
This is a role with significant responsibility: you oversee revenue, costs, quality, and the overall guest experience at both locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. In addition, you are responsible for the hotel’s performance, monitor budgets, and manage local sales accounts. You motivate and coach your teams, implement sustainable initiatives, and work closely with other head-office departments to achieve the hotels’ strategic goals. You report to the Head of Operations and will work closely with him. As Hotel Manager, you are the face and ambassador of our hotels. You ensure that our FOCAL values – Fun, Open, Connect, Ambition, and Love – are not only visible to guests but also truly felt by your employees.
