As a Food & Beverage intern, you’ll dive right into the heart of our restaurant life. You’ll assist during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serve dishes, create a warm atmosphere, and learn how to give guests an unforgettable experience—often before they even ask. No day is the same, and you’ll grow your skills while enjoying a dynamic and educational environment.
Our menu always surprises with seasonal, honest dishes, from generous pancakes to refined eggs Benedict and classic salads. You’ll learn exactly how to serve and present these dishes in a welcoming, professional way so every guest enjoys a perfect experience. And if you’re curious about wine, our sommelier will introduce you to the world of flavors and pairings. You’ll not only learn about the dishes, but also how to give the perfect wine recommendation.
Our restaurant is cozily tucked away in a small side street in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of Central Station and just around the corner from Dam Square. Whether guests come for breakfast, drinks, or simply to relax by the fireplace, you’ll make sure they feel at home right away.
About you:
Communication and hospitality come naturally to you;
You are currently enrolled in an MBO program in hotel management, tourism, or another hospitality-related field;
You enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment;
You’re curious about how a restaurant and hotel really operate and are eager to learn more;
You are looking for an internship of at least 20 weeks where you can gain experience and grow.
