And now, Restaurant The Lobby Fizeaustraat is looking for a new Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are at the heart of our restaurant. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you ensure that every service runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. You are present on the floor, lead the team, coach your colleagues and keep an overview, even during the busiest moments. With your enthusiasm and eye for detail, you bring out the best in every shift and every team member.

You are a true all-rounder: you safeguard the quality of our service, act as the point of contact for the team and support various operational and back-office tasks. This way, you combine hands-on leadership on the floor with responsibility behind the scenes, contributing every day to an experience that makes guests want to return.

At The Lobby, everything revolves around personal hospitality, honest dishes, premium wines and a relaxed atmosphere. Together with the team, you ensure every guest enjoys a complete experience – from the first welcome to the final glass of wine.

About you

• You are looking for a great full-time position and are flexible, including working weekends and holidays;

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience – for example as a shift leader in the restaurant industry and are ready for the next step in your career;

• Communication and hospitality are your top priorities;

• You enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment;

• Just like us, you love good food;

• You are fluent in Dutch or English. Speaking both is a great advantage;

• You live in or around Amsterdam.
