Are you curious about how hotel prices change daily and how demand influences strategy? Do you enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and helping make smart commercial decisions? Then we are looking for you! As a Revenue Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the revenue management processes across our cluster of hotels in Amsterdam and Utrecht. You will work closely with the Cluster Revenue Manager and the wider Commercial team, gaining insight into pricing strategies, demand forecasting, distribution channels, and performance analysis.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn how revenue management decisions impact hotel performance, and how data-driven strategies help maximize occupancy, profitability, and guest value.
What you will be doing:
Support the Revenue team in monitoring daily pricing, availability, and inventory across distribution channels;
Assist with updating rate strategies and maintaining data in the revenue management systems;
Help prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses;
Track key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy – turning data into insights;
Analyze booking trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities;
Monitor OTAs and direct booking channels – spotting ways to improve performance and drive direct bookings;
Support the Revenue Manager with commercial projects and reporting improvements;
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations – gaining insight into the hotel’s commercial strategy;
Join team meetings and learn how revenue strategies and decisions are made.
