Service Employee

As a Food & Beverage Service Employee, you are at the very heart of our restaurant. You work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, serving dishes, creating a warm atmosphere, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience — often before they even ask. No two days are the same, as you effortlessly switch between different moments of the day in a dynamic and lively environment.

You’re an all-rounder: you take reservations, welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve dishes, and handle payments smoothly. You work according to established procedures, while keeping your approach personal and genuinely hospitable. At the same time, you make sure every table experience is spot on — from start to finish. You introduce guests to high-quality products and fine wines, and have a natural feel for what each guest needs. That’s what makes the difference between simply dining out and an experience to remember.

Our menu continuously surprises with seasonal, honest dishes — from generous pancakes to refined eggs Benedict and classic salads. You present and serve these dishes in a warm and professional way, ensuring every guest enjoys a complete experience.

Our restaurant is tucked away in a charming side street in the center of Amsterdam, within walking distance of Central Station and just around the corner from Dam Square. Whether guests join us for breakfast, drinks, or a relaxing moment by the fireplace, you make sure they feel welcome and at home right away.

About you:

• You are looking for a fun part-time job and are flexible, including weekends;

• Strong focus on communication and hospitality;

• Enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment;

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• A true love for good food.
