As a Front Office intern, you are the first face our guests see — and therefore the heart of our hotel! From the moment someone walks in, you make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcome right away. You’ll learn everything about reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and how to assist guests in the best possible way — always with a smile, of course.
No two days are the same: one moment you’re at the computer handling admin, the next you’re giving a guest tips for the city’s coolest hotspots. And sometimes, the quirkiest requests pop up: a bowl of only red M&Ms? A framed photo of Nicolas Cage in the room? With humor and creativity, you decide what’s possible and what’s not.

About you:
You are looking for an internship of at least 20 weeks (32–40 hours per week), starting in June, July, August, or September 2026.
You are currently studying at an MBO level in hotel management, tourism, or a related field.
Communication and hospitality come naturally to you.
You enjoy working in the hospitality sector and feel at home in a lively hotel environment.
You are curious about how a hotel really operates and are eager to learn more.
