Are you someone who gets going early in the morning, keeps a clear overview, and has a keen eye for detail? Then we’re looking for you! We’re searching for an Assisting Housekeeping Supervisor who not only leads the team but is also hands-on and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Our housekeeping team is small and close, playing a key role in our guests’ overall experience. Together with the team, you make sure every room and space is exactly right — fresh, well-kept, and finished down to the last detail. This means you have a direct impact on how guests experience their stay. You actively work on the floor, keep an overview, and jump in wherever needed. Early shifts or weekend work don’t faze you, and you know how to go the extra mile for guests with a smile. If you live in Amsterdam and already have some hotel experience, that’s a big plus.
About you!
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment;
Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
Able to lead an international housekeeping team while actively working alongside them on the floor;
Responsible for placing and managing orders and monitoring stock levels;
Experience in onboarding new colleagues and providing training to elevate team performance;
Strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards, ensuring every room contributes to an excellent guest experience;
Flexible and available for morning and weekend shifts, and living in (or near) Amsterdam;
Guest-focused, hands-on, and able to maintain a clear overview in a dynamic work environment.
