Event, Partnership & Sales Coördinator

We are Conscious Hotels, we have four stylish eco-design hotels in Amsterdam. But that’s not all, in the hotels you will also find two organic restaurants and two coffee bars. We also host meetings, events and weddings. We want our guests to have an amazing time, so we always come up with fresh, creative ways to connect with our guests. This is what we call “Eco-Sexy. Big Smiles".

Besides guests, we also want to inspire and connect other companies and partners. Conscious Hotels must take the lead (Eco-leadership) to put sustainability even better on the map, in the Netherlands and beyond!

What are you going to do?

• You take care of the organization of events at our hotels & restaurants

• You create new partnerships and promotions with other sustainable brands

• You are the driving force behind the growth of business and leisure, and the overall brand awareness of Conscious Hotels

• You are the new face of Conscious Hotels for partners, media and business guests

• You will build a global strategic plan for the brand awareness of Conscious Hotels

Job requirements and Personal qualities

• You won’t see this one coming: you have an affinity with sustainability and the hotel industry

• You’ve been around for a while, preferably 2-4 years in a similar position

• You have successfully built up events & partnerships before

• You are open, communicative strong and very social and enterprising

• You have an eye for opportunities, challenges and are not afraid of media

• You are well organized and have a broad network

• You are available for at least 32 hours a week

• You have a passion for sustainability and want to work for a sustainable company

• You speak and write both Dutch and English fluently

• You preferably live in or near Amsterdam

• This position is classified in scale 9 of the Catering Collective Agreement, depending on knowledge/experience
